Request account deletion
To request deletion of your NextGen EduQuest account and associated practice history, email us from your account email address. A parent or guardian may also contact us about a child's account.
If you cannot email from the account address, write to nextgenaidatasolutions@gmail.com and tell us which account needs deletion. Do not send a password. We will verify account ownership before acting.
We aim to complete verified requests within 60 days. We may retain records required for legal, security or dispute reasons and will explain any exception in our response. See our privacy policy.
