Information we use

We process account information such as email address, name, role and selected grade; practice activity such as answers, scores, attempts and feedback; and session and security records needed to operate accounts. Optional question reports may contain a comment you provide. Google sign-in also involves Google processing sign-in information under its own policy.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, provide practice questions, retain your progress, review reported questions, support learners and protect accounts and the service. Hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf to deliver these functions.

Retention and deletion

Account and practice records are kept while the account is active. You can request account deletion. We aim to complete verified requests within 60 days. Some information may need to be retained longer for legal, security or dispute reasons; we will explain any such retention when responding to your request.

Children and guardians

Our school practice can be used by children. A parent or guardian can contact us to ask about a child's information or request its deletion. We are updating account access controls for younger learners before public release.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct or delete information associated with your account by emailing the address above. We may verify the request before making changes to protect the account.
